Zechariah 1-2

God speaks to Zechariah and tells him that those who have been scattered will be returned to Judah, Jerusalem, and Israel. There is an image of four horns who are the powers that displaced them. Then there are four craftsmen who will work against the four horns. Chapter 2 has a man with a measuring line who will measure Jerusalem, but then switches to describing a city that will have no walls due to the large number of people living there. God will dwell with them and will be the wall.
