Pharaoh as a Failed Cedar of Lebanon
In this prophecy, God has Ezekiel compare a giant cedar tree to Pharaoh. He describes a great tree towering above others and providing shade and nourishment for the neighbors. But it’s great stature made him too proud, and God will strike him down because of it.
